Inspection Experience
Mr. Arpin joined T&L in 2002, after working as a construction supervisor for fifteen years. Prior to joining T&L, Mr. Arpin worked on the construction of eleven multi-story buildings ranging in size from 150,000 to 300,000 square feet with one- to four-level parking garages, providing him with familiarity with a variety of facade components and weatherproofing materials.

Since joining T&L, Mr. Arpin has worked in our weatherproofing department, inspecting both new construction and restoration projects. His experience includes the installation of foundation waterproofing systems, air barrier systems, flashing systems, windows, doors, curtainwalls, skylights, and joint sealants. He has also participated in field air infiltration and water penetration tests of windows, curtainwalls, and skylights.
