Inspection Experience
Robert Loiselle, specialist, weatherproofing services, has been with The Thompson & Lichtner Company since 1993. He left the company in 1997 and returned in 2000. He has 16 years of experience in all phases of building envelope inspection.

This experience includes the inspection of brick and stone masonry walls and the installation of their integral flashing systems, as well as the installation of foundation waterproofing, inspection of air and vapor barrier systems, roofing materials, waterproof coatings, windows, doors, joint sealants, metal panel and curtain wall systems. He has conducted water tests to evaluate resistance to water penetration of building facades and roofs. He has drafted specifications for the repair of water leakage in structures, and has provided inspection of the repairs as they were performed.
