Professional Experience
Nima Mansour joined The Thompson & Lichtner Company, Inc. in 1988. Previously he was employed as a field engineer and chief of a survey crew working on bridge and highway design.

Since joining T& L, Mr. Mansour has provided a range of field inspection and testing services, both in our laboratory testing and inspection services division and in our weatherproofing services division. His major concentration has been in the weatherproofing inspection and testing of building envelopes of both new and restored building construction, including many components of building facades and roofs, masonry walls, special wall panel systems, balconies, windows, doors, skylights, flashings, sealants, and roofing. He has conducted specialized pressure tests of installed window systems to evaluate resistance to air and water penetration. He also has participated in the investigation of water leakage problems in building construction and in the preparation of specifications to repair leakage conditions.
