Dennis Owen has been a Construction Inspector and Laboratory Testing Technician for twenty-six years. He has provided to clients inspection and testing services for a range of structural materials, including cast-in-place concrete, reinforcing steel, structural steel, soils, asphalt, structural masonry, and fireproofing.
