Engineering Consulting Services

We provide a wide spectrum of investigatory, analytical and design services to reach practical, effective solutions to materials and construction problems. We investigate structural failures, including collapses, movements, deformations and deterioration of structural elements. We conduct surveys to make recommendations to correct deficiencies. Our engineering staff is complemented by our laboratory support staff to assist in conducting materials analyses and other field and laboratory testing services.

The following examples are typical examples of some engineering assignments completed by our firm:

  • Examination and recommendations on the exterior condition of large government, institutional and commercial buildings, including the First Church of Christ Scientist in Providence, RI; the 23-story Batterymarch Office Building in Boston, MA; the west front of the United States Capital in Washington, DC and other national historic structures.
