envelopes. We have extensive experience in determining the unique sources and
paths of moisture penetration of all types of facades and roofs.

has been gained in hundreds of investigations of water leakage involving
extensive field testing, opening up of walls and roofs, window
and curtainwall testing, and sampling and
laboratory testing of the components of facades and roofs. We have examined
high-rise office towers, apartment buildings, condominium buildings, commercial
and industrial buildings, hotels, schools, colleges, hospitals, government
