Senior Architect

Richard Keleher is our Senior Architect in charge of technical quality reviews for design and construction documents, currently on over $1 billion worth of heavy construction, office buildings, libraries, museums, hospitals, labs. Nationally known for his expertise on building enclosures and his role as creator of standard details and drafting conventions Keleher also provides creative technical support for early-stage integrated design.

His areas of expertise include quality control of design and construction documents and the construction administration process, development of standard drawings, details, and specifications, as well as mentoring, motivating and training staff. He is also experienced in reviewing cladding designs and documentation for technical quality and completeness, designing cladding systems, and writing forensic reports based on evaluations in the field.
